Create a User Account

Create a user and team account or join an existing one.

A “team” account is an account for either an entire company or a site within a company that has many site accounts.


Register a new user account

  1. Go to https://app.headcount.io/register

  2. Add your work email

  3. Add a password

  4. Click Register

  5. Click Join Team
    1. Your team account has already been created by your Headcount account rep on your behalf.
    2. If you see the “We did not find your registered email” screen, that means your team administrator has not added you to the emergency roster yet.  Once you’ve been included in the import spreadsheet, you will be added to your team account.
